Every plan: database + Storage files in one snapshot (Storage joins once you add its S3 keys), to your own S3, R2, B2, or Wasabi bucket. Email alerts when a failure needs your action; platform-side failures page us instead of you. Snapshot history counts console records — objects in your bucket stay yours (add a lifecycle rule to expire old ones).

How billing works
- What does the Free plan include, and for how long?
- One project, weekly backups into your own bucket, three snapshots of console history, up to 1 GB per project, and one restore drill after your first backup. There's no time limit and no card to enter. Weekly scheduled drills start on the paid plans.
- How does the $1 first month work?
- Your first monthly subscription costs $1 for its first month, then full price: $19/month for Solo, $49/month for Team, $99/month for Agency. We email you before the first full-price charge. It doesn't combine with annual billing, and switching plans or moving to annual ends the offer.
- Is there annual billing?
- Yes. A year costs the same as 10 months: $190/year for Solo, $490/year for Team, $990/year for Agency.
- Do you charge for storage?
- No. Backups are written to your own S3, R2, B2, or Wasabi bucket, and your storage provider bills you for that space directly. A restore drill reads the latest snapshot back out of your bucket, which some providers bill as download traffic (Cloudflare R2 doesn't). Wasabi bills a minimum of 1 TB a month and keeps charging for deleted objects until its minimum storage period has passed, so expiring old backups early doesn't lower that bill. - What happens if a project outgrows its plan?
- The size limit is checked against the project's latest successful database backup. The first backup always runs, since that's how we measure. If a project is over the limit, its backups and drills pause and you get one email. Moving to a plan whose limit fits the project resumes it automatically; if you shrink the database instead, email us and we'll resume it.
- What if I have more projects than my plan allows?
- This usually happens after a downgrade. Your oldest projects keep running up to the plan's limit, the newer ones pause, and you get one email. Nothing is deleted from your bucket. Moving to a plan with enough project slots resumes the paused ones automatically.
- Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
- Cancel any time from the console. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Any payment can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked: just email us. Every snapshot already in your bucket stays yours either way.
